LoongBuy QC Photos: What to Check Before Shipping

Learn how to review your LoongBuy warehouse photos, compare items with your order and spot visible issues before arranging international shipping.

Step 1

Open the photos for your order

Open the warehouse photos that belong to your own order and keep the order details open beside them. LoongBuy’s published process says photos are available in the order’s warehouse information after the item reaches the warehouse. The account wording can change, so use the current order page to find them.

Step 2

Check the item and selected options

Compare the visible item with the style, colour and quantity you chose. Where a size label is visible, compare it with the option shown in your order. A matching label does not show whether the garment will fit, and lighting can make a photographed colour look different.

Step 3

Look for visible issues

Use the photos to look for obvious marks, damage, mismatched left and right items, clear printing or text differences, and accessories that should be visible but are missing. These are checks you can make from the photos, not a claim that every item or detail has been inspected.

Step 4

Check measurements where available

If the photos include a measurement, compare the reading with the product size chart and your own requirement. Without a measurement photo, do not infer actual dimensions from a size label or ordinary product photo. If you need more detail, ask support whether additional information is available.

Step 5

Resolve questions before shipping

Save the relevant photos, then give support the order number, selected option and a clear description of the visible concern. Learn the available handling options before you arrange international shipping. For a practical report checklist, read What to do when QC photos show a problem.
