LoongBuy acts as a shopping agent between you and the marketplace seller: you place the product order through LoongBuy, the seller sends the item to its warehouse, and you arrange international shipping to your address after the warehouse stage. Product costs and international shipping are usually paid separately. Start with the product link, check the selected options before you pay, then review the item after it reaches the warehouse and arrange shipping when you are ready.

Stage 1
Open or import the product link
From the product browser, select View on LoongBuy on a product card to open its LoongBuy listing. If you start with a source product URL instead, paste it into LoongBuy using the product-link entry field shown in your account. If the item is already open in LoongBuy, review that listing instead of importing it again.
Stage 2
Choose your options and pay
Check the style, colour, size, quantity and amount shown before payment. A listing image can show more than one option, so make sure the image and option details match the version you want to buy.
Stage 3
Wait for warehouse arrival
After payment, the seller sends the item to the LoongBuy warehouse. This is separate from sending an international parcel to your address, so wait for the warehouse stage before making shipping decisions.
Stage 4
Review the warehouse photos
Compare the received item with the selected style, colour and quantity. Look for visible issues in the photos and, if something needs clarification, contact LoongBuy support before deciding what to do next. Photos can show visible details, but they cannot confirm material, authenticity or every aspect of quality. Read the QC photo guide for a closer checklist.
Stage 5
Arrange international shipping
Confirm the recipient information, review the available shipping lines and any packaging choices shown in your account, then check the displayed costs before submitting and paying under the current LoongBuy process. The shipping guide explains the factors that can affect freight.
Stage 6
Track your parcel
After international shipping is arranged, check the logistics information provided in your LoongBuy account’s order or parcel area. If you need help with a shipment, use the support channel available in your account.
