Step 1
Match the option to the product image
One product link can include several styles, colours or bundles. After choosing an option, compare its name, image and price with the selection shown on the listing. Do not rely on the main image alone.
Example only: a main image that shows several colours does not mean one purchase includes every colour. The selected option identifies what you are buying.
Step 2
Compare measurements, not just size labels
Use the seller’s size chart for the exact product and style you selected. Letter sizes and brand labels are not consistent across listings. Check whether the chart gives garment measurements or body measurements, and whether it uses centimetres or inches.
For clothing, measure a similar item that fits you using the same method shown on the seller’s chart. A flat chest width is different from a full chest circumference. Only double a flat width when the chart clearly identifies it as a flat measurement.
Measurement guide
| Measurement | How to compare | Easy to confuse |
|---|---|---|
| Hoodies and jackets | Compare chest width, garment length and sleeve length when the seller provides them. | A flat chest width is not automatically a full chest circumference. |
| Trousers and shorts | Compare waist, outseam or inseam, and rise only where the listing provides those figures. | Waist, leg length and rise describe different parts of the garment. |
| Shoes | Use the chart for that shoe and match the measurement it requests. | Foot length and insole length are different measurements. |
These comparisons reduce guesswork, but they do not guarantee fit.
Step 3
Confirm colour, style and version
Read options such as colour, style and version together with their matching images. If the listing does not make an option clear, ask the platform’s support or the seller for clarification instead of guessing. A different version label does not by itself mean higher quality. Keep the option text or a screenshot so you can check it later.
Step 4
Review quantity and selected options
Review the item, size, colour, style, quantity and the price shown for the selected option. If your current order form provides a notes field, use it to add helpful context. A note supplements the chosen option; it cannot replace choosing the correct option in the listing.
Step 5
Save your selection for later checks
Save the product link, selected options and a copy of the relevant size chart. You can compare those records with the order details and later QC photos. A size label or ordinary warehouse photo alone does not prove that the item will fit.
